Shipping Australia Wide

We offer free shipping for orders over $100. If your order is under $100, shipping is a flat rate of $10. 

We aim to ship your order within 2 business days. Once your order has shipped, we will send you a tracking link via email.

Authority to Leave:  At the time of checkout please advise if you authorise the package to be left unattended if you are not home. Please be aware that once you give 'authority to leave' all responsibility for your product and delivery passes to you.

If you do not receive your order within 7 business days of your dispatch email, please email hello@sakredground.com.au so we can investigate its whereabouts and resolve the issue.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide.

We offer two flat rates for international shipping. For orders under $100 shipping is $35 and for orders over $100 shipping is $55. 

We aim to ship your order within 2 business days. Once your order has shipped, we will send you a tracking link via email.

If you do not receive your order within 10-14 working days (depending on your location) of your dispatch please email hello@sakredground.com.au so we can investigate its whereabouts and resolve the issue.

Things to note about international shipping:

  • You are responsible for any additional local customs and duties on your order. (UK orders in particular usually incur 20% duties and taxes.)

  • We are required by law to disclose the full value of the package contents and cannot alter this value.

  • If an order is refused by your country, you are responsible for the shipping expenses and any additional costs incurred.

We have made every effort to display our textiles and colours as accurately as possible, if you have any questions regarding colour, please contact us and we will be happy to help you decide.

Delivery of Goods

Unless otherwise agreed in writing or as indicated on our website, none of our product prices include delivery. Delivery costs may be published on our website at the time that you make your purchase. By making a purchase, you agree to any published delivery costs, in addition to our product prices. Title and risk in the products transfers from us to you from the time that the products are collected from our premises for delivery. Physical goods may be delivered by Australia Post and/or other reputable courier companies. Deliveries are processed promptly upon receipt of full payment.

 

Delivery may take between 2 and 14 days, depending on the delivery option. Damaged or lost orders should be resolved with Australia Post or the courier company directly and we are not responsible for products that are damaged in transit or not received. You fully release us from any liability for losses that occur as a result of delivery including but not limited to delays and/or lost or damaged products during delivery. Replacement of damaged or lost items is made at our discretion.

Return & Exchange Policy

We handle returns and process refunds in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law and any other relevant consumer protection legislation. We do not offer any returns or refunds for change of mind. If you purchased our products directly from us, and you believe that you are entitled to a return or refund, please notify us within 30 days of purchase with a valid reason for return. In the event that you are entitled to a refund, the refund will be processed promptly and payment made by the same method that you made payment. All refunds are made at our discretion, unless otherwise required by law.

If you purchased our products from a third party such as a retailer or wholesaler, you must contact them to request any refunds or returns. If, after making a genuine effort to resolve the matter directly with that relevant third party, you are not satisfied with their handling of the matter then you may contact us to notify us about the matter.

Competition and Consumer Act

 

For the purposes of Schedule 2 of the Australian Consumer Law, in particular Sections 51 to 53, 64 and 64A of Part 3-2, Division 1, Subdivision A of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth), our liability for any breach of these terms is limited to: the supplying of the goods or services to you again; the replacement of the goods; or the payment of the cost of having the goods or services supplied to you again.
